A fanciful story about a substitute teacher (Joanie Bartels) who can make all sorts of magical things happen in the classroom. Joanie has a concert with dinosaurs, the class is invited to a Martian dance and they visit a train yard to do the "Locomotion." The musical numbers are catchy and, of course, feature Joanie Bartels beautiful voice. The kids might even learn a few things woven here and there into the storyline and there is a very nice message at the end about working to achieve your dreams. This video is a a true treasure!
