Listening to Angela Lansbury's cockney accent, you get to enjoy seeing her long-standing friendship with another charwoman over the course of the film.

The supporting cast is good, especially lovely model Natasha and her new love, the lowly accountant at the House of Dior. Angela brings hope and healing to everyone around her. Nothing is visually better than Paris in the 1950s. Omar Sharif provides a touch of class. A good family film. 90 minutes VHS cc
