VHS or DVD

Many movies are available in both VHS and DVD. We list the available options next to the name of the movie, so you will know. If both are available, choose from the little box the one you want when placing the order. Understand that when DVDs came on the scene, many VHS movies were "edited" to create the DVD either as a shorter movie, or to make the movie more family friendly, and other reasons. Today more and more entertainment products come with both DVD and VHS capabilities, because people miss the wonderful VHS movies they know and love.

We offer an unconditional guarantee on all our products. If you are not happy with your order, we will refund your purchase with no questions asked. Many of our movies are ordered via amazon.com and we maintain a steady year long high rating for excellent and fast service. Feel free to go there and look at the comments.

Gift Certificates

Not sure what that special someone wants? You can call us and authorize an Email Gift Certificate to be sent to them. You specify a "no more than" total amount, which includes shipping cost. We keep a paper file only of your personal info. Then when they call us to order and use the Gift Certificate, only then do we run your card, and after the transaction is completed, we shred all your personal information.

Defective Tapes

Our products are fully guaranteed. In the rare occasion that a movie or CD does not play properly, please call or e-mail us at info@familyvaluesvideos.com and we will send a replacement to you right away. You need not return the defective CD or movie.

Exchanges

We appreciate your support of "good family movies," and if you ever feel that a particular one does meet that standard, let us know and you may exchange it for any other film we offer.

Shipping Policies

We ship next business day if you place the order by 9 pm Mountain Time, and we send you an email saying when it shipped and we include the tracking number.

We ship USPS FIRST CLASS unless you have chosen PRIORITY MAIL. OR if you order 4 or more DVD movies or 2 or more VHS shipping to the same address, because of Postal weight requirements, the order usually has to ship Priority, even though you are only paying for First Class. We absorb the difference.

The faster Priority Mail rates vary according to your location, so we simply charge a flat fee of $10.00 for one item, plus $2.00 for each additional item.

We no longer ship outside the U.S.

Payment Options

We are no longer able to accept purchase orders simply because they are rarely paid. Our web site is set up to automatically process credit card payments for VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER. Our shopping cart also includes the option of using PAYPAL. If you have any problems placing the order, feel free to call and place the order over the phone with Linda and pay with a card.

You may also send us a Check or Money Order. Call to place your order so we have the shipping address et cetera. We want it to be easy for you to order. Always include your email address so we can let you know when the order ships.
