Juvenile delinquent Billy learns that he can change for the better as he feels the love of a Nebraska farm family that adopts him. For most of his life, a young orphan boy has survived by stealing and conning people out of their money.

He gets a second chance when a caring farm family takes him in. But Billy’s knack for getting himself into trouble ignites the farmer’s anger once too often, and the farmer wants to send him back to the orphanage. Billy faces a decision that will change his life forever.
