"CBS Schoolbreak Special" The Girl with the Crazy Brother (1990) Actress Patricia Arquette is a teenage girl who must learn to cope with her brother's declining mental health. A story about the onset of schizophrenia in a teenager and the impact on his sister.

Patricia Arquette gives a fine performance, by far the best from her that I've ever seen.

An added plus: The other kids at school are given more detail and definition than was absolutely required by the family-centred story.
