Strange, unexplained occurrences in an old English manor are turning the Otis family's dream vacation into a nightmare. One night, they actually meet the long-dead Sir Simon de Canterville--and discover just how cowardly a ghost can be! Mr. and Mrs. Otis soon turn the tables and start "haunting" the terrified ghost, while their daughter Virginia protects him.

Mustering all her courage, Virginia helps Sir Simon break the curse that had doomed him to walk Canterville's halls forever.
